4. SMS/Text Messaging

Important SMS Disclosures

Message Frequency Message frequency varies based on your account activity, purchases, subscriptions, registrations, and partner interactions. You may receive up to 15 messages per month.
Message & Data Rates Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
Opt-Out You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent unless you re-subscribe.

Supported Carriers T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, and all other major U.S. wireless carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No Purchase Required Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, subscription, or participation in any AWC program.

By opting in, you confirm that you are the owner or authorized user of the mobile phone number provided and that you are authorized to give consent to receive text messages at that number. You agree to promptly notify us if you change your mobile number.

5. Sharing of Information

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Partner Organizations: We share your information with the specific partner campground, RV resort, dealership, event venue, or employer whose program or registration you completed. These partners receive only the information related to their specific program or transaction.
  • Loyalty Program Providers: As a Third-Party Administrator (TPA), we distribute your enrollment information to the component service providers included in your loyalty bundle (e.g., health services, pet services, discount programs, legal services, and other bundled benefits).
  • Payment Processors: We share payment information with our payment processors (such as SimplePay) to complete transactions. We do not store full credit card numbers on our systems.
  • Service Providers: We share information with trusted third-party vendors who assist us in operating our platform, delivering communications, processing payments, hosting our website, and analyzing data. These vendors are contractually required to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information when required by law, court order, subpoena, or government regulation, or when we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, property, safety, or the rights of others.
  • Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you of any such change.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
